Terms of Service
These terms describe what you can expect from Subzillo, and what we expect from you when you use the apps, web app or browser extensions.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any Subzillo product (the iOS app, Android app, web app, or browser extensions for Chrome and Firefox), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Subzillo provides
Subzillo helps you track, analyse and manage recurring subscriptions. Core features include manual tracking, email scanning, screenshot scanning, the Subzi AI assistant, and the AI Browser, which can fetch, cancel, upgrade or downgrade subscriptions on your behalf with your confirmation.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Subzillo login. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Subzillo to access accounts that don't belong to you, or to circumvent another party's security.
- Resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or extract data from the service beyond what's offered through normal use or our APIs.
- Use the service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
5. Plans, billing & refunds
The Free plan is free, with usage limits described on the pricing page. Paid plans (Silver and Gold) are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans receive a 20% discount on the monthly equivalent.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings; it will not renew. Refund requests within 14 days of an annual upgrade are honoured on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for monthly plans are at our discretion.
6. AI Browser actions
The AI Browser performs actions you authorise — fetching subscription details, cancelling, upgrading or downgrading on websites you specify. You remain responsible for the consequences of those actions on third-party services. We recommend reviewing each action before confirming.
Subzillo does not store your third-party passwords. Credentials used by the AI Browser are encrypted on your device.
7. Referral programme
Inviting other users may earn you bonus subscription slots or free time on a paid plan, as described on the Referrals page. We reserve the right to revoke rewards earned through abuse (e.g. self-referrals, fake accounts, or bulk creation of throwaway accounts).
8. Service availability
We work hard to keep Subzillo running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and bugs happen. Where possible we'll let you know in advance.
9. Disclaimers
Subzillo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the AI Browser will succeed on every site, or that Subzi's recommendations will be perfect for every situation. Always review actions before confirming and treat the service as a helper, not a substitute for your own judgement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subzillo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for repeated abuse, fraud or non-payment. On termination, you can export your data within 30 days.
12. Changes to the terms
If we make material changes to these terms we'll email you and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
